Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLCO1B3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLCO1B3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLCO1B3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLCO1B3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where SLCO1B3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
