Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,464 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLCO1B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLF2_S238, PDLIM1, and THOC1. Each is linked with SLCO1B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO1B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO1B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1B1 versus MLF2_S238 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
