Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P12, E4F1, and RNA5SP434. Each is linked with SLC9C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9C1 results are reported.
