Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9C1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, eIF4E, and Notch1. Each is linked with SLC9C1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9C1 results are reported.
