Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9C1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,314 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASTN2, SPATA31D1, and STAB1. Each is linked with SLC9C1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9C1 results are reported.
