Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9B2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 704 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLC1, SNTA1, and CD99L2. Each is linked with SLC9B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9B2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC9B2 versus MLC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
