Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9B2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, HER3, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SLC9B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9B2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9B2 results are reported.
