Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNB4, RCSD1, and RCSD1_S179. Each is linked with SLC9A9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC9A9 versus GNB4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
