Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,004 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to cadmium ion, Germ cell development, and CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell homeostasis. Each is linked with SLC9A9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A9 results are reported.
