Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,043 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHOD1, FBXL8, and KIAA0895L. Each is linked with SLC9A5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A5 results are reported.
