Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,470 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQSEC2, SEMA4F, and GSDMB. Each is linked with SLC9A5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A5 results are reported.
