SLC9A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP2L, STIL, and LMNB2. Each is linked with SLC9A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2L grouped by SLC9A4-low versus SLC9A4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
