The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SLC9A3R2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC9A3R2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and BRCA are the cancer types where SLC9A3R2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
