Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A3R2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,230 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A3R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, CHEK2, and KIF18B. Each is linked with SLC9A3R2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A3R2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A3R2 results are reported.
