Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A3R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,661 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A3R2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of muscle adaptation, Regulation of cellular response to growth factor stimulus, and Regulation of cell junction assembly. Each is linked with SLC9A3R2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A3R2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A3R2 results are reported.
