Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A3P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,681 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A3P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with SLC9A3P3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A3P3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A3P3 results are reported.
