SLC9A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,462 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SLC9A3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II grouped by SLC9A3-low versus SLC9A3-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
