SLC9A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,010 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POF1B, PYGL, and CRMP1. Each is linked with SLC9A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC9A2 versus POF1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
