The most reproducible SLC9A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC9A4, MAP7, and MFSD9. Each is linked with SLC9A2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A2 results are reported.
