Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,939 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRG1L, SERINC2, and CDC42. Each is linked with SLC9A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC9A1 versus TPRG1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
