Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,830 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC9A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC9A1_S693, SLC9A1_S703, and SLC44A1. Each is linked with SLC9A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC9A1 versus SLC9A1_S693 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
