SLC9A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC9A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMO2P1, POC1A, and FTH1P9. Each is linked with SLC9A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELMO2P1 grouped by SLC9A1-low versus SLC9A1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
