Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,511 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of the force of heart contraction, Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane potential, and Maintenance of cell polarity. Each is linked with SLC9A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A1 results are reported.
