Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC8A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,242 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC8A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYGB, HDGFL3, and STXBP1. Each is linked with SLC8A3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8A3 results are reported.
