The most reproducible SLC8A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Translational initiation. Each is linked with SLC8A3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8A3 results are reported.
