Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC8A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,946 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC8A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCLK1, PPFIA3_S683, and ZYX. Each is linked with SLC8A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8A2 results are reported.
