SLC7A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,643 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK2, FYB1, and GBP2. Each is linked with SLC7A7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A7 versus DOCK2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
