The most reproducible SLC7A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, Negative regulation of response to type II interferon, and Negative regulation of type II interferon-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC7A7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A7 results are reported.
