The most reproducible SLC7A6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycine betaine transport, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with SLC7A6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A6-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A6 results are reported.
