The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLC7A5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC7A5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where SLC7A5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
