SLC7A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,762 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC3A2, MTHFD1L, and UTP15. Each is linked with SLC7A5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A5 versus SLC3A2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
