Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, LGI1, and KRT71. Each is linked with SLC7A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by SLC7A5-low versus SLC7A5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
