Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,291 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, YPEL1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with SLC7A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A4 versus PPIL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
