SLC7A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,502 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pallium development, Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of protein localization. Each is linked with SLC7A4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pallium development grouped by SLC7A4-low versus SLC7A4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
