Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A15P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,667 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A15P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC7A15P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A15P-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A15P results are reported.
