Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,169 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formate biosynthetic process, Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, and L-arginine import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with SLC7A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A1 results are reported.
