SLC6A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO9B, MMP14, and MYO5A. Each is linked with SLC6A7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A7 versus MYO9B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
