Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, VEGFR2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SLC6A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A7 results are reported.
