Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 323 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, and Adaptive immune response. Each is linked with SLC6A5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A5 results are reported.
