SLC6A4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,056 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOVA2, ZNF326, and CES1. Each is linked with SLC6A4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A4 versus NOVA2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
