SLC6A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP2, NDUFA6, and MIR8059. Each is linked with SLC6A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENPP2 grouped by SLC6A4-low versus SLC6A4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
