Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, eEF2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SLC6A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A4 results are reported.
