Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,126 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mesenchymal cell differentiation, Regulation of animal organ morphogenesis, and Regulation of actin filament bundle assembly. Each is linked with SLC6A2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A2 results are reported.
