SLC6A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, JNK2, and PAI-1. Each is linked with SLC6A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by SLC6A2-low versus SLC6A2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
