Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,532 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Nuclear matrix anchoring at nuclear membrane, and Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with SLC6A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A2 results are reported.
