Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,677 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, Fatty acid beta-oxidation, and Organic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with SLC6A19 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A19-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A19 results are reported.
