Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,088 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrion organization, Renal D-glucose absorption, and Cholesterol homeostasis. Each is linked with SLC6A19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A19-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A19 results are reported.
