Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A15-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, PIK3IP1, and SOX10. Each is linked with SLC6A15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A15-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A15 versus GRK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
