Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A15-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, TSC1, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with SLC6A15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A15-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A15 results are reported.
