Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,337 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule methylation, Cytoplasmic translation, and RNA modification. Each is linked with SLC6A15 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A15-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A15 results are reported.
